Founded in 2004, Boundary Communications Limited (‘BCL’) is a niche Enterprise-class supplier of Audio-Visual and Video Conferencing solutions and services to organisations operating in the Financial Services sector. BCL is privately owned by the CEO who founded the business.

Indigo Forward is the trading style of BCL. It is a well-established and recognised brand with a proven track record in successfully delivering the Audio-Visual aspects of commercial collaboration and communication projects. It is a specialist in Audio-Visual system design offering procurement, build and installation services and ongoing support & maintenance contracts.

BCL has an impressive customer base including leading brands in the Financial Services sector. It has focused on building long-term enduring direct relationships with its customers and establishing trusted supplier status which has resulted in renewable business revenues year on year.

In June 2022 as part its growth plans, BCL acquired I-Klarity Video Solutions Limited (‘I-Klarity’). The new subsidiary has introduced key customers in the financial services sector, strengthening the overall renewables portfolio and increasing the contribution to overhead. In addition, BCL launched a subsidiary company, Worldwide Audio Visual Equipment Limited (‘WAVE’), focusing on the super yacht, motorboats, and shipping sector, generating a new business pipeline via B2B sales channels.

In June 2023 Boundary Communications SRL was incorporated as a branch office in Milan, Italy, to further expand the Audio-Visual solutions business in Europe. There are further opportunities to substantially grow the Audio-Visual solutions business by acquisition which are exclusive to BCL.
